Spanish Flu of 1918 was not a Swine Flu. Spanish Flu had bird origins and likely originated from Kansas. This one did not come from a lab, like most all pandemics.

No. Please do not spread false information. Swine flu was not even real. When pigs fly. Manipulation of free market economy and undermining our efforts to keep our food sources as vast and diverse as is necessary if we do not want to end up eating rocks. Influenza A and B are the flu. That is all. If we were to put it in English Influence A and B. Right and Left. Republican and Democrat. Pro and Against. Tastes great and less filling. Viruses do not mutate like this video says. Bacteria do mutate eventually in response to treatment with anti biotics. We call that evolution 🙄.

Super confused that you claim most influenza comes from Asia. Additionally, why claim France and Asia for this outbreak when it has been confirmed that the first outbreak of the flu originated in Kansas. Why do you claim differently when vast and better qualified historians and epidemiologists have documented differently.
The earliest = *reported* outbreak........ You must consider the context of the times as far as trying to ascertain origin. There is no consensus as to the origin of H1N1 and its' subsequent spread. All you have as alluded to is hit & miss news reports - while some nations went so far as to enact news blackouts to try to limit public hysteria about spreading epidemics. So it is called "Spanish Flu" because Spain was where it was initially covered extensively in the news media. The actual origin of the virus however is unknown. You could very easily have had local outbreaks occurring which were never covered in the news of the day. As to Influenza in general. Asia is the largest landmass on Earth containing the most people. Also because of cultural factors Asia countries use "wet markets" which are a major breeding ground for "zoonosis" transmission whereby viruses "jump" from other species into human populations. Influenza is a zoonotic virus capable of infecting multiple species - such as "Swine Flu" or "Bird Flu" and so on. So the geography + population density + cultural practices + international travel associated with Asia make it a major source of zoonotic pathogens - though not the only one.
